Riesling’s varietal characters shine through with floral aromas and notes of lime, quince, apricot and tropical fruit. The palate is impeccably balanced, featuring citrus peel, quince and cumquat flavours and a lightly honeyed note with zesty acidity driving through to a long and refreshing finish.
Decadently delicious now, it will continue to develop with time in the cellar. Ideal with fruit based desserts such as baked quince, and softer blue cheeses.
