Age

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from this site.

Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We accept orders online in Australian dollars with VISA or MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept payment using Diners or other cards. Credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe.

If you’re uncomfortable using your credit card online, we also accept payment by internet banking, cheque (drawn on Australian banks only), or credit card by phone. Please contact us if you wish to pay by these alternative methods.

Postage

We only deliver wine within Australia. Orders must be in case lots of 6 or 12 (either straight or mixed). Wine is sent by Australia Post and you will be sent a tracking number once dispatched. Postage rates apply per case and are as follows:

• Tasmania $0
• Melbourne $12
• Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra $16
• Brisbane/Gold Coast $20
• Rest of Australia $28

Returns

If your order is damaged or faulty please contact Craigow Vineyard by emailing info@craigow.com.au within three months of the purchase date, providing proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
